To maintain the level of care and outcomes our clients expect, IVONNE accepts new clients through structured application windows rather than ongoing open booking. This allows us to manage capacity thoughtfully, ensure each client receives dedicated attention, and review existing client referrals first. Applications are open to the general public, with priority review given to applicants who apply with an IVONNE client referral code.

Fill out as many fields on the application as possible. The more information you provide about your skincare goals, treatment interests, and relevant history, the better our team can evaluate your application and match you with the right provider. Incomplete applications may take longer to review or may be deprioritized.

Applications submitted with an official IVONNE referral code receive priority review. Referral codes can be obtained from any existing IVONNE client. Clients can find their unique referral code by logging into their portal at clinic.ivonne.ca and copying the code displayed in the top-right corner of their profile page.

The application window opens periodically based on our providers' availability. Because every new client inquiry is reviewed directly by a provider rather than by an administrator or receptionist, we limit the number of applications we accept at any given time to ensure each one receives the personal attention it deserves. When capacity allows, we reopen the window — you can check availability anytime at ivonne.ca/apply or sign up to be notified when the next window opens.

Once submitted, your application is reviewed by our team. Applicants with referral codes are reviewed first. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation with instructions to book your initial consultation. Review times vary depending on current capacity and application volume.
