The fastest, most efficient way to reschedule or cancel your appointment (if you have already paid an Appointment Confirmation Fee) is through the Cancel/Reschedule link in your original confirmation email.
The confirmation email would have come from appointments@ivonne.ca or rendezvous@ivonne.ca
