What are the responsibilities of a Full-Stack Developer?

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces with Bootstrap.
• Configure and optimize NGINX server settings for optimal performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless communication between different systems.
• Implement and maintain MVC-style routing systems to ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable web architecture.
• Structure codebases following separation-of-concerns principles across models, views, and controllers.
• Review and validate AI-generated code, configurations, and fixes for correctness, security, and adherence to project standards.
• Write effective prompts and instructions to leverage AI coding tools productively.
• Maintain human oversight of AI-assisted workflows — understanding what the code does, not just that it works.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack, from the server to the front end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best possible solutions.
• Adhere to best practices in documentation and security posture.
• Maintain a privacy-conscious approach to all development tasks.
• Utilize the Jamstack architecture to enhance performance and scalability.

What are the role requirements?

• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python, NGINX, Bootstrap, SQL, and API integrations.
• Strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with Jamstack architecture.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor — prompt-driven coding is a core part of this role, with structured review processes and adherence to defined quality standards for all AI-generated output.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output for security vulnerabilities, logic errors, and adherence to coding standards.
• Adherence to best practices in documentation, security, and privacy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with other suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
