IVONNE Covid-19 Dashboard

At IVONNE we take COVID-19 very seriously, and we adhere to the rules and guidelines as required and recommended by local and provincial medical authorities. Read our Workplace Safety Plan here.

Due to the high demand we ask that all clients schedule and manage their appointments directly online through our online booking system, and not walk-in to the clinic.

We thank all of our clients for their continued support and patience, and we appreciate your assistance in self-rescheduling your appointments through our online portal.  When you self-schedule your appointment you greatly help our over-extended administrative resources.

Following the latest announcement IVONNE is operating in accordance with the provincial guidelines for Personal Care Settings. Our clinic is offering all services, while we while we continue to follow all recommended public health guidelines.

As of March 21, 2022 our workers are wearing masks in treatment rooms. We invite our clients and visitors to wear a mask in our common areas (or to ask that our staff also wear a mask in common areas) according to your own needs and level of comfort.

IVONNE continues to monitor the impact and risk in connection with each COVID-19 wave in Ottawa. All service providers are required to wear masks in treatment rooms. Clients can choose to wear a mask in the common area or treatment rooms, or ask that our staff also wear a mask in the common areas.

The safety and comfort of our clients remain our top priority.

How Has Covid Impacted IVONNE?

The impacts of COVID-19 on small business are serious and as a new brand we’re not sure the full extent of the impact.

Since COVID began we having been working hard to clear the back-log of appointments that have been created with over 8 months of closures, and even more time with modified or restricted services.

We're doing all that we can to keep our clients and workforce safe, while aiming for a high level of service.

What Are The Risks of COVID-19 In Personal Care Services?

For personal services such as those offered at IVONNE the nature of work performed requires close contact with colleagues and clients (i.e. within 2 metres).

These interactions, as well as the need to touch work surfaces and equipment could increase the likelihood that we or you could come in contact with the virus, despite all of the measures that we take.

Policy Update History

This policy now includes specific Masking related practices for both common areas and treatment rooms.
