Cancelling In Less Than 48 Hours?

As per our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy that was agreed to at the time of scheduling please note that fees (up to 100% of the service charge) will be incurred when cancelling/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice. It is not possible for us to backfill our calendar under such short notice.
